In women, the most common type of cancer is: Breast, Cervix and Ovary.

Ms Mangla Dembi, Facility Director at FHVK said –“Over the decade the number of cancer and cancer patients has grown worldwide. Despite govt and private sector healthcare providers several efforts, they are not able to reach to the maximum number of patients. This certainly indicates that we need to create a series of awareness program for early detection and prevention of cancer. The good news is that any type of cancer is curable and patients can lead a normal life if detected early. I urge the citizens of Kanpur to reach the right specialist at the right time and don’t hesitate to discuss the word cancer among.”
